Shkadoosh! Shakabooih!

We are loud.

We are funny.

We think we are awesome.

But we are misunderstood.

He is the misjudged warrior that dominates if you give him the chance

I am the basketball player that owns in the background.

Although we seem confident and loud on the outside

We doubt our abilities on the inside

Inside us lurks a monster called failure

We are afraid of failing.

He is afraid that he can’t save china from the deadliest warrior

I am afraid I will meet someone can destroy me.

But we also love to have fun.

 Be loud.

 Be with friends.

 And be around our family.

We love to make people laugh and give people joy.

Our friends may doubt us but in the end we always get support.

Our family is always there to give us wise advice.

We like to hang out with friends and family.

We love to make them laugh.

We bring them joy.

Angry Letter

Dear Department of Education,

            I appreciate how exceptional you have made Hawaii public schools in the past few years that you have been governor.  You have made the schools have amazing teacher and made it look wonderful.  This has improved my grades and made me able to prepare for my future well.  Thank you.

      Although the schools look wonderful and have amazing staff.  I would like you to do your best to find money in our state budget to put computers in every classroom.  I think that it will help student stimulate learning in a new modern world.  It will also help students do research, write essays, and be better with technology.  It will also let us adapt to the new work place with computers and now tablets.  In my own personal experience I tend to do better in the classes that have computers because it helps me find information for my projects or work.  It also teaches you how to make presentations more professional.  How to make essays look better.  It also makes learning more fun.  It lets teachers also do more diverse things than without computers.

      So I would like you to spare some of your budget to put in computers in every class room or at least put in majority of classrooms.  It will help my education be fun and I will do better in school.

Risky Buisness: Final Draft

       There are any different types of risky business that can prevent future generations from being successful like teen pregnancy, trends, bullying, drugs and peer pressure.  But I think that the biggest problem that will prevent future generations from being successful is teen suicide.  Although teen suicide isn’t the top story in the news but I think it needs to be addressed as the suicide rate rapidly climbs.

            First, suicide may be a problem but it is not a major one.  There are many reasons why but a big one is it is preventable because you have many options now day.  Like there are many websites that give you advice on what to do if you know someone will commit suicide or you will commit suicide. Two you can call a suicide hotline to get advice 1-800-273-8255.  Lastly you can call or visit a psychologist.  Which tells you that suicide can be prevented and has a promising out put if someone actually does because a lot of people don’t. But there are more reasons why it is a major problem that needs improvement in its prevention plan.  So it is a pro that we can prevent it.  Which is a pro because we have prevention that can help people.

            Second, in my opinion that suicide is a major problem because of many reasons.  Like even though it is very preventable there is still much work to improve on in preventing teen suicide. There are statistics of how harsh suicide is around the world.  Statistics say that every year almost one million people die from suicide globally.  Suicide is one of the leading three causes of death for 15 to 44 year olds is suicide.  During the last 45 years the suicide rate has gone up by 60% worldwide.  For every one suicide committed there is about 25 suicide attempts, which means many teens have suicidal thoughts.  We may have prevention ways but we need to ether make them better or make new ones.  If we don’t improve it then the suicide rate will rapidly climb.  So that is why suicide is a major issue that needs to be prevented better.  It is a con that we are having.

            Lastly, out of the two arguments of pros and cons it is easy to say that the argument that suicide is a major issue is the stronger argument because there are more facts and they are stronger.  Like Statistics say that every year almost one million people die from suicide globally.  Suicide is one of the leading three causes of death for 15 to 44 year olds is suicide.  During the last 45 years the suicide rate has gone up by 60% worldwide.  For every one suicide committed there is about 25 suicide attempts, which means many teens have suicidal thoughts.  So the side with the issue is a big issue that needs to be prevented better because the rate is rapidly increasing.  So we need to improve even though there are pros and cons.

            Since the rate of suicide is increasing in the world there is need for much improvement in how we prevent it because if we don’t the rate will increase start to increase like how the past 45 years the rate increased by 60% but with luck we can change that and bring it down way below.  We may not be able to stop it in all.  But we may be able to lower it a lot.
